The temporary help company is the employer. It recruits, tests, trains (if necessary), and assigns its employees (the temporary workers) to its client companies. As the bona fide employer, Napoleon Staffing is responsible for workers’ compensation insurance, federal, state, and local payroll deductions, and any other obligations required by law.
